Role

We are looking for a technical, motivated and dynamic profile, who wants to grow in a rapidly evolving business context. You will be working with engineers with years of experience, engaged with you in a constant process of learning and technological innovation of all our applications.

We are looking for a profile that wants to take responsibility in implementing changes to digital products already on the market right away, to handle issue triage and resolution and to support customer/event excellence, with a strong desire to learn and experiment.

This is a hybrid role: the reference office is in Milan (Italy), but with a very flexible smart working policy!

Responsibilities

• Implement changes to digital products already on the market, handling issue triage and resolution.
• Support customer and event excellence.
• Collaborate closely with the Product & Design team and Customer Success managers.
• Report directly to the CTO.
• Participate in daily learning and technological innovation processes.
• Work on front‑end applications built with Vue.js, Nuxt and component web architecture.
• Work on back‑end services built with C# and .NET core on AWS‑based infrastructure.
• Use GitLab CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• At least one MVVM / MVC framework among Vue.js, React.js, Angular, Svelte.
• Component web architecture experience.
• Strong team‑working aptitude.
• 5 years of experience in the listed technologies.
• C# and .net core (nice to have).
• Nuxt, next, webpack, web components and babel (nice to have).
• Degree in computer engineering or similar (nice to have).
• Languages: Italian - Mother tongue; English - B2.
