A global inspection firm is seeking experienced Freelance Inspectors to conduct vendor inspections of equipment and fabrication processes for Aramco qualifications. Candidates should have a strong background in inspections, with at least ten years of relevant industrial experience, including specific knowledge of Aramco standards. The position is full-time, based in Milan, Lombardy, Italy, with opportunities for overseas deployment.

Competenze

• Minimum ten years of relevant industrial experience, six years in inspection specialty, four years in oil and gas or petrochemical.
• Knowledge of ISO-9001 quality system requirements and implementation.

FREELANCE INSPECTOR FOR ARAMCO QUALIFICATION PROCESS

Bureau Veritas is establishing a cooperation with experienced inspectors who are interested and willing to undergo the qualification process to get Aramco Approval (CBT Exam). We also welcome inspectors who already hold QM qualifications and are looking to work on specific Aramco assignments.

Overview

We are looking for Vendor Inspectors to be qualified for Aramco, to perform vendor inspections of equipment, components and fabrication processes at supplier facilities. The role ensures all activities comply with Aramco specifications, international codes, and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vendor inspections of equipment, components, and fabrication processes at supplier facilities.
• Verify supplier compliance with purchase order requirements, Aramco specifications, and international codes.
• Interpret and read engineering drawings.
• Perform a variety of inspection functions with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and deliver inspection reports and findings.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with a technical diploma or equivalent; BS degree in the discipline preferred.
• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant industrial experience, including six (6) years in a given inspection specialty and four (4) years in oil and gas or petrochemical industries.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, specifications, and fabrication methods.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO‑9001 quality system requirements and implementation.
• Good knowledge of English, both oral and written.

Technical Knowledge

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation codes and standards, testing techniques, and fabrication processes.

Additional Details

• Availability for deployment abroad (UK, France, Germany, Netherlands) will be considered a plus.
