Crionet cerca un Freelance Field Operations Technician per eventi sportivi a livello internazionale. Il candidato parteciperà a missioni onsite di 10–12 giorni, sostenendo setup, operazioni live e smontaggio.

Lavorerà in autonomia o in team multiculturale, con training completo. Richieste attitudine, precisione, affidabilità, disponibilità al viaggio e buona conoscenza dell'inglese. Preferibile background IT avanzato e passione per lo sport.

Who We Are

We collaborate with sports federations and broadcasters, delivering innovative solutions that connect the field of play to the control room.

The Role

We're looking for motivated and travel-ready freelancers to join our Operations Team.

You'll take part in onsite missions (10–12 days) across the globe, supporting major sporting events — from setup to live operations and dismantling.

As a Crionet representative onsite, you'll ensure technical requirements are met, work closely with local staff, and help make each event a success.

You may work independently or within a multicultural team, tackling real operational challenges with a hands-on mindset and support from Crionet specialists.

You'll receive full training on our systems, what matters most is your attitude, precision, reliability, and team spirit.

What You’ll Do

• Follow a structured training path to gain technical and operational autonomy
• Set up and dismantle technical workstations at tournaments and events
• Connect and manage devices and networking equipment
• Liaise with local teams to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Troubleshoot and support live operations with remote assistance

• Familiarity with AV connections (fiber, SDI, XLR, monitors, audio)
