Ideal applicants have 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration. You will write evaluation rubrics, debug traces, and stress test agents across live tools and APIs to ensure robust performance.

Formación

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration experience.
• Ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live environments with multi-turn system interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent performance.
• Debug Agent Traces to identify issues.
• Stress Test Agent under varied scenarios.
