Ideal candidates bring 2+ years backend engineering or AI automation experience, plus a track record of building production-grade software. You’ll write evaluation rubrics, debug traces, and stress test agents to ensure robust, real-world performance.

Formación

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic, reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail with high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
