Job summary

Satispay in Milano is seeking an FP&A Intern to support financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis with data-driven insights across the company. You will help build and maintain financial models, analyze revenue and costs, and support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, Marketing, HR, and Business Development to align numbers with reality and prepare presentation decks for board meetings or internal reviews.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A - Assist in developing the business plan, budgets, and operational analyses to guide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Partner with Accounting, Controlling, Marketing, HR, and Business Development to align financial figures with operational realities and assist in preparing presentation decks for board meetings, investors, or internal reviews.
• Analyze revenue and costs - Evaluate revenue streams and cost structures to identify areas for improvement and deliver actionable insights that enhance profitability.
• Maintain financial models and reporting - Keep financial models and reporting tools accurate and up to date to support continuous performance monitoring.
• Assess strategic initiatives - Assist in evaluating new business opportunities and market trends to support senior leadership’s decision-making processes.
