Jobtailor in Florence, Tuscany seeks a seasoned finance leader to join our growing organization. You will oversee planning, reporting, and close processes, partnering with product and program leaders to drive performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
• 5+ years of finance experience
• Graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP) or comparable program preferred
• Experience in financial reporting, consolidations, and close processes
• Strong ERP and financial systems experience (HFM, Oracle)
• Demonstrated project leadership and process management
• Ability to work with global cross-functional teams
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and disciplined

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, reporting, and close processes across the organization

• Partner closely with teams to support ISA/TSA agreements
• Manage Digital Technology investments and collaborate with the Capex Leader
• Enhance efficiency of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial materials for strategic reviews and leadership presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 5 years of finance experience
• Graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP) or a comparable finance leadership program preferred
• Experience in financial reporting, consolidations, and close processes
• Strong expertise with ERP and financial systems, including HFM and Oracle
• Demonstrated project leadership and process management capabilities
• Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams
