unpublic is building a new operating standard for Private Markets: an integrated, AI-native platform that combines workflow automation with structuring and legal tools, connecting GPs and LPs within a single environment. The team ships end-to-end features using Node.js/TypeScript and React, embedding GenAI into complex investment workflows and ensuring robust evaluation and monitoring of AI agents.

You’ll work directly with customers to drive adoption and success from day one.

Competenze

• 3–6 years of software engineering experience with hands-on GenAI knowledge.
• Product-minded: focus on user problems and business impact.
• Proactive, results-driven, comfortable working directly with clients.
• Strong command of TypeScript, React and Node.js, plus cloud experience.

Mansioni

unpublic is building a new operating standard for Private Markets: an integrated, AI-native platform that combines workflow automation with structuring and legal tools, connecting GPs and LPs within a single environment.

The vision is a faster, more transparent, and more institutional market – one where capital can be allocated more efficiently toward the best teams and strategies.

What you’ll own

• Designing and building end-to-end features, integrating LLMs into complex investment workflows
• Shipping production-ready AI applications in Node.js/TypeScript — from backend logic to the React interface
• Owning evaluation, monitoring and tracing for AI agents and advanced RAG systems
• Working directly with customers to drive product adoption and technical success

What we’re looking for

• 3–6 years of high-level software engineering experience, with hands-on knowledge of the GenAI ecosystem
• A genuine product mindset: you start from the user’s problem and business impact, and know how to turn model capabilities into high-impact features
• A proactive, results-driven approach and high standards – comfortable working directly with clients
• Strong command of TypeScript, React and Node.js, plus experience in a cloud environment
• Nice to have: hands-on AWS experience and prior time at a product startup
