In this role you will advance AI-driven analytics for diverse industries, shaping end-to-end data solutions with clients and internal teams. You will design and deploy scalable algorithms, translate complex results into actionable insights, and contribute to thought leadership and events. You’ll work across regions to create impact and help clients embrace AI-led transformations. This is a chance to build game-changing solutions within BCG X and advance your data science career.

• Frame new business challenges and define analytics scope
• Design innovative algorithms and data-driven models
• Implement and deploy scalable AI solutions
• Collaborate with clients to drive real-world impact
• Prepare and present clear visualizations of complex results
• Lead thought leadership and conferences on behalf of BCG X
• Develop and deliver data science capabilities and solutions for climate and other topics
• Client-facing experience and ability to lead teams

• Explain sophisticated data science concepts clearly
• Strong software development mindset and collaboration in code-based environments (DevOps experience bonus)
