U.S. Air Forces, Europe, located at Aviano AB, Italy, is seeking a flexible-position staff member for dining facility support. Responsibilities include table setup, cleaning, inventory assistance, and basic maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle glassware, dishes, and utensil sanitation, assist with stock replenishment, and may participate in opening or closing duties while ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

About the position: This is a Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) position assigned to the 31st Force Support Squadron located at the Deja Brew (Area F) on Aviano AB, Italy.

Key Responsibilities

Sets up/cleans tables for customers and replenishes condiment items as necessary. Performs preventative maintenance and cleaning. Scrapes, soaks, scours glassware, dishes, and utensils as required. Also performs heavy duty cleaning tasks as required such as; coffee machines, ceilings, under and behind equipment, refrigerators, washes floors and walls, sanitizes garbage cans. May unload stock from delivery trucks. Collects and transfers trash from work area to disposal area.

Assists with inventories, identifies items for re-ordering. May be required to open and close the facility. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements & Education

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution in order to qualify.
