Food and Beverage Supervisor – Hilton Milan

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise outlet operations
  • Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Manage guest queries promptly and efficiently
  • Represent the needs of the team
  • Assist management with financial targets
  • Support training and development of team members
  • Assist with annual and mid‑year appraisals
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and health & safety legislation
  • Promote environmental awareness
  • Collaborate with other departments and maintain good working relationships

Qualifications:

  • Previous Food and Beverage experience
  • Committed to delivering high customer service levels
  • Positive attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility to respond to varied work situations
  • Ability to work independently or in teams
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Experience in hotel industry (advantage)
  • Experience in supervising and delegation (advantage)
  • Willingness to develop team members and self (advantage)
Bartender – Casa Brera

What you’ll do:

  • Represent the hotel/bar to guests
  • Pamper guests with exceptional service
  • Order, prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory
  • Maintain clean glasses, equipment and work areas
  • Follow SOPs and brand guidelines
  • Comply with quality assurance, health, safety and hygiene standards

What you’ll need:

  • Passion for luxury hospitality industry

  • Intermediate Italian and English language skills
  • Safety‑first approach

  • Previous bartending experience (plus)

Bar Supervisor – Casa Brera

What you’ll do:

  • Day‑to‑day bar operations and team coordination
  • Maintain bar readiness and cleanliness
  • Take orders, recommend drinks, and upsell
  • Create memorable guest experiences
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and managers
  • Manage inventory, requisitions and purchasing
  • Balance cash register and handle cash procedures
  • Support other F&B outlets when needed
  • Act as trainer for bar team on technical skills and standards
  • Conduct pre‑shift briefings and ensure service alignment
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Monitor P&L performance and cost control

  • Previous supervisory experience or in luxury bar/F&B environment

Chef de Partie – Casa Brera

Job overview: Responsible for preparing and serving daily meals for staff canteen and assisting with F&B production for hotel outlets.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in weekly menu planning for staff canteen
  • Prepare and cook meals to established standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen and canteen
  • Ensure proper storage, rotation and safety of food items
  • Coordinate with kitchen team for consistent quality
  • Comply with HACCP and internal hygiene standards
  • Assist with general cleaning duties as needed

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in staff canteen, catering or industrial kitchen
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
