ZIMMERMANN is seeking a Client Advisor on a 21-hour contract to join our Florence Boutique. You will deliver exceptional client experiences and represent the brand with confidence and care on the shop floor.

This role suits someone passionate about luxury fashion, who thrives in a refined retail environment, and enjoys building lasting client relationships while maintaining impeccable presentation and teamwork with colleagues.

Competenze

• Experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Passion for Zimmermann and fashion retail.

Mansioni

• Achieve sales targets and store KPI’s while upholding brand standards.
• Provide exemplary client service aligned with the brand's global vision.
• Acquire and grow the Zimmermann client database through relationships.
• Maintain high standards of visual presentation per brand directives.
• Engage in team training on product knowledge, sustainability, diversity and WHS.
