Golden Goose is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the Venice store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with management to drive sales, train staff, and ensure brand standards are maintained in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English, a sales background in luxury retail, and strong communication and time-management skills. You will report to the Store Manager and participate in clienteling and omni-channel initiatives.

Competenze

• Retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to train and onboard new staff.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Knowledge of GDPR and store security basics.
