Leonardo invites a Bachelor’s thesis intern to contribute within Flight Test Operations at Cascina Costa, Varese. The role focuses on developing a standard test method for ship-helicopter operation qualification, starting with the AW249 and expanding to the fleet.

The intern will engage in simulation studies, land-based checks, and real-ship validations, spending two to three days per week on site for about 225 hours, under a hybrid working arrangement.

Competenze

• Pursuing an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering.
• Internship to be conducted as a Bachelor’s thesis project.
• Background in helicopter systems is preferred.

Mansioni

• Describe a standard flight tests methodology for ship-helicopter operation.
