Job summary

Apprentus is seeking a Tennis Coach in Milano to provide one-on-one sessions tailored to each player's age, skill level, and personal goals. You will be matched with motivated students looking to improve technique, fitness, and understanding of the game.

Responsibilities include coaching focused on technique, footwork, strategy and conditioning; adapting lessons to the player; offering clear feedback and progression; helping with match preparation; and setting your own coaching schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong tennis background as player and/or coach.
• Clear communication and supportive coaching style.
• Experience with students or athletes is a plus.
• Reliable, organized and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Provide tennis coaching focused on technique, footwork, strategy, and physical conditioning.
• Adapt lessons to match each player's needs, whether beginner or competitive player.
• Encourage improvement through clear feedback and structured progression.
• Support students in preparing for matches, tournaments, or personal fitness goals.
• Set and manage your own coaching schedule.
