You will lead customer workshops, translate requirements into technical designs, mentor teams, and drive architecture governance.

This role emphasizes CodeBeamer ALM, Pure::Variants, and SysML MBSE practices, with active support for estimates and proposals within a global Hitachi team based in Rome or on-site.

• 15-18 years of experience in Solution Architecture for Digital Engineering solutions.
• Design end-to-end ALM, PLE, and MBSE solution architectures.
• Lead customer workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Architect and implement Codebeamer ALM solutions and integrations.
• Design Product Line Engineering solutions using Pure::Variants.
• Define and implement MBSE best practices using SysML.
• Support solution estimation, and technical proposals.
