A global food delivery startup is looking for a dynamic Operations team member in Roma. The individual will focus on expanding the fleet, developing delivery strategies, and managing inventory. Ideal candidates are native Italian speakers with strong English skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a hands-on approach. This role offers fixed compensation plus performance-based incentives within a fast-paced startup atmosphere.

The position

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our great Operation team. Your mission will be:

To create and expand our fleet in Roma;

To develop and implement ourdelivery strategies;

To manage the inventory and forecast future needs.

Who we´re looking for

You are a native Italian speaker and you are fluent in English;

• Student from top universities (Management, Economics; Engineering);

You are flexible and with an absolute hands-on mentality;

You have outstanding communication skills;

You have a deep interest in working within a startup environment.

Reporting:

You will report directly to Head of fleet.

Our Offer:

Your compensation will be fixed plus a variable component based on Kpi’s achievement.
