The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of fleet sales or key account management experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the automotive sector. This position will be essential for driving fleet sales performance and achieving revenue targets. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Role Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Key Account Manager Italy to manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients and fleet customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. This role is pivotal in driving fleet sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key fleet customers, leasing companies, and corporate clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet both customer needs and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.
Qualifications & Skills :
  • At least 5 years of experience in fleet sales or key account management in the automotive sector.
  • Strong understanding of fleet operations, leasing models, and vehicle financing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
