Fleet Business Support Specialist – STAGE
Supports Key Accounts (FBA) and customers throughout commercial activity for quotations and commercial back‑office management in Long Term Rental.
Roles and Duties – Core Business
- Collaborate with FBA to analyze the quotation proposal requested by the customer and conduct profitability analysis.
- Support customers throughout the sales activity by guaranteeing the production of car quotes for the construction of the car policy.
- Support sales activities working with the Direct Fleet team in a customer‑centric way.
- Ensure, through the use of VWFS’s IT tools, proper back‑office activity for commercial purposes, respecting deadlines and planning.
- Collaborate with Fleet International for international tenders and for the management of international customers.
- Manage the pre‑lease activity with external short‑rental provider.
- Handle RAC contract management and RAC quotation process.
Tender Activities
- Manage and coordinate the process related to VWL’s participation in tenders concerning the Direct Fleet Channel for current and potential customers (national, international, and Public Administration).
- Manage VWL accreditation on the portals of existing and potential customers for whom we receive invitations.
- Analyze tender specifications and engage operational areas for the collection of useful information to provide an answer to the customer.
- Collaborate with Marketing for product specifications and customer‑requested exceptions.
- Collaborate with Legal for contractual management of the tender and preparation of documents.
