We are looking for self‑motivated, analytical, personable, entrepreneurial, and methodical individuals to join our Client Support team as a Fixed Income Analyst. This position provides an excellent opportunity to solve challenging quantitative and technological problems from major customers in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
As a member of our client support team, you will speak directly with our clients and use your critical thinking and communication skills to address their business needs. Through these interactions, you will help support our next‑generation fixed‑income and front‑to‑risk software packages through collaboration with cross‑functional teams including our quantitative development team and product managers. In addition, you will serve as a subject‑matter expert (SME) for both European and North American fixed‑income needs, providing critical insight to drive product growth in both regions.
This position provides motivated and self‑starting individuals an exciting opportunity to help grow our business across new regions and markets as we ramp up for substantial growth in Europe.
Potential candidates should possess strong mathematical and quantitative reasoning skills, excellent problem‑solving skills, and strong English‑language communication skills. Knowledge of finance is strongly recommended.
