This organization is characterized as a co‑located & process engineering team focused on developing and supporting the rest of the organization with subject matter experts (SMEs). Responsibilities

• Design and optimize training material within the Handling & Logistics process.
• Analyse AS IS and future state of training material and systems.
• Create process roadmap and plans for future states.
• Define training material requirements and specifications if material shall be developed or sourced from others.
• Standardise generic layup training materials.
• Be part of building a culture of excellence, innovation, and responsibility.
• Investigate and solve training issues using structured methods such as the 5x Whys and Fishbone Diagrams.
• Apply continuous improvement principles using Lean tools to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure final training material quality.

Education

• Bachelor of Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Train the Trainer or other training education.

Experience

• 6–8 years of developing training material mainly for unskilled workers.
• Experience training shop floor employees.
• Planning of training for up to 100 persons.
• Developed/defined functional training material for employees with short or long education.

Essential Skills

• Ability to assess skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with business goals.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning, and experiential training formats.
• Co‑develop content for functional training material with engineering managers and subject matter experts.
• Ensure training aligns with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal policies.
• Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e‑learning tools.
• Gather input from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs.
• Experience working on the factory floor to understand and solve problems.
• Data‑driven decision making using tools like 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and possess great organisational discipline.
• Customer‑oriented and able to understand the complete business value chain from the customer perspective.
