A global leader in lifestyle products is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate in Campegine, Italy. This full-time role focuses on reporting processes, budgeting, and collaboration with internal teams to improve supply chain efficiency. Ideal candidates should have a background in finance, strong analytical skills, and be fluent in English and Italian.

• Experience in retail distribution operations and terminology is a plus.
• Experience in a multinational company preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist Financial management team in preparing departmental operating expense reports.
• Create and update monthly labor and departmental CPU reports.
• Assist financial management team with budgeting, reporting and process improvements.
• Participation in monthly close process ensuring proper entries are recorded.
• Perform ad hoc analyses, prepare reports and presentations, and make recommendations.
• Partner with 3PL & internal Ralph Lauren teams.

The Logistics Financial Analyst will assist the Senior Manager, Logistics Finance and team in updating, analyzing and distributing key Supply Chain reports. The analyst’s focus will be on expanding the current reporting process, supporting management in controlling expense through analysis, ensuring correct ledger coding of expense and developing strategies for process improvement.

• Assist Financial management team in preparing departmental operating expense reports.
• Create and update monthly labor and departmental CPU reports.
• Assist financial management team with budgeting, reporting and process improvements.
• Participation in monthly close process (reclassifications, accruals, etc.), ensuring proper entries are recorded by Corporate Accounting.
• Perform ad hoc analyses, prepare reports and presentations, and make recommendations to finance partners.
• Partner with 3PL & internal Ralph Lauren teams.

Knowledge And/or Key Competencies Preferred

• Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge and familiarity with retail distribution operations and terminology is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Large volume data management skills required
• Effective communication skills: candid, clear, concise, and tailored to the audience; manages communication and feedback within the organization

Education And Experience Preferred

• B.A./B.S. Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting and/or equivalent work experience
• Fluent English and Italian speaker
• Additional software experience preferred: Hyperion Essbase, SAP, Adaptive Insights, BI tools
• Retail/Distribution/Manufacturing experience in a multinational company preferred
• Up to 4 years of experience required, preferably in the above areas
