• THE ROLE

New Guards Group is looking for a Financial Controller who will directly report to the Controlling Manager, Retail, acting as a business partner and providing regular financial reporting to the Retail Department.

• WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Manage the budget, forecast and 3YP process by stores;-
• Work as a business partner with key departments;-
• Provide management with business analysis to the decision-making process;-
• Manage and coordinate monthly closures;-
• Review stock evolution and margin analysis by store;-
• Develop and monitor business KPI;-
• Analyze differences between actual and budget for more efficient budget planning;-
• Coordinate activities of external and internal auditors for stock controls.
• WHO YOU ARE
• At least 4 / 5 year of controlling experience, better if in Fashion or Retail business-
• Advanced Excel user-
• Positive and proactive approach-
• Good “team-worker”-
• Ability to work proactively, independently on multiple projects
