We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of multiple restaurants under our group. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hospitality industry experience, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting, finance, and reporting activities across multiple restaurant entities.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, forecasts, and budget reports.
• Monitor cash flow, cost control, and profitability analysis for each outlet.
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and local accounting regulations.
• Coordinate monthly and yearly closing processes.
• Support management with financial insights for decision‑making and business planning.
• Supervise and guide the accounting and finance team at each property.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality or restaurant groups.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proven experience in multi-entity consolidation and cost control.
• Hands‑on experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, Raptor, Opaper, VHP or SAP).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
