Financial Controller

Overview: The Financial Controller collaborates in the development, maintenance, and strengthening of internal controls, ensuring the quality of financial transactions and reporting, and providing data and analysis to support strategic financial decisions. Supports the Senior Financial Controller in administration, financial statement preparation, and planning and control activities.

Main Activities

• Manages the administrative and accounting process up to the preparation of the annual financial statements and monthly reports, both statutory and consolidated, in compliance with accounting principles and current regulations, ensuring conformity with financial and accounting requirements.
• Prepares economic‑financial and business reports for Management, monitoring alignment with company objectives and analyzing any variances and areas for improvement.
• Prepares the budget, forecasts, and business plans, as well as detailed analyses of key company KPIs.
• Monitors cash flow, debt, and company assets, providing technical support to Management in extraordinary finance operations.
• Ensures compliance with tax and fiscal regulations, collaborating with relevant functions to meet all obligations.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering, or related fields;
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles;
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred);
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
• Excellent use of Microsoft 365, with advanced skills in Excel;
• Residence or domicile in the local area.
