We are currently partnering with a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP) with a 1.5 GW pipeline of renewable energy projects across Europe. Their portfolio includes utility-scale solar PV, onshore wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). They are committed to accelerating the energy transition and delivering sustainable, innovative solutions that power a cleaner future.

Role Overview

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development, financing, and operation of renewable energy projects. You will work closely with the investment, development, and asset management teams to provide financial insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for solar, wind, and BESS projects.
• Conduct project valuations, sensitivity analyses, and scenario planning.
• Support investment decisions through robust financial analysis and reporting.
• Assist in due diligence for acquisitions and project financing.
• Monitor project performance and provide variance analysis against budgets.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and external investors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within renewable energy, infrastructure, or power sectors.
• Strong proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling; experience with valuation techniques (DCF, IRR, NPV).
• Understanding of project finance structures and renewable energy economics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; CFA or similar certification is a plus.
