iGravity is a FINMA-regulated impact investment firm with offices in Zurich, Milan, Nairobi, Kampala, and Bogotá. The Financial Accountant role offers direct ownership of the finance function, working closely with the CFO and coordinating with the external fiduciary during transition.

The position will bring in-house accounting for AR/AP, bank reconciliations, month-end close, and compliance across multiple entities in Italy and abroad.

Competenze

• 5+ years of bookkeeping and accounting experience in multi-entity or international environment.
• Experience with VAT filing using compliant accounting software.
• Fluency in English for reporting and internal communication.
• Italian residency or open-ended working permit.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.

Mansioni

• Enter AR and AP invoices with cost center allocation.
• Process ad hoc and bi-weekly bulk payments; perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain monthly accruals and prepayments.
• Manage fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
• Oversee subsidiary ledgers: AR monitoring, dunning, creditor management.
• Coordinate with Swiss payroll provider for payroll inputs; liaison with external fiduciary.
• Assist with quarterly management accounts and annual financial statements.
