The Financial Accountant (Hybrid) is responsible for managing core financial processes for Littelfuse’s Italian entity, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable, Intercompany transactions, and Financial Reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and close collaboration with internal departments, the shared service center, and international entities to ensure accurate financial data and timely reporting.

Accounts Payable
  • Process and review supplier invoices (EU and Non‑EU).
  • Monitor open purchase orders, reconcile AP accruals, and manage AP letters of exemption.
  • Resolve invoice and tax code discrepancies.
  • Coordinate weekly payments and Intrastat monthly filings.
  • Manage the local AP email inbox and provide backup support for invoice booking.
Intercompany
  • Reconcile intercompany balances and manage cash transfers.
  • Support intercompany accounts payable reconciliations and month‑end close.
  • Communicate with other Littelfuse entities and the corporate treasury team.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, including accruals and statutory financial statements.
  • Ensure SOX compliance and support internal and external audit requests.
  • Maintain accurate control documentation and support internal control reviews.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with the shared service center, banks, employees, and management to resolve issues and maintain accurate records.
About you
  • Degree in a financial field (Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar).
  • 1+ years of experience in accounts payable, intercompany processes, and general ledger.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments and reporting.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • SAP experience is beneficial.
