A luxury retail company in Milan is seeking a Retail Finance Back Office Trainee for a full-time internship. The ideal candidate will analyze finance flows, support digitalization projects, and conduct inventory controls. Applicants should have a degree in Economics or Management Engineering and be fluent in both Italian and English. Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft tools is highly desirable.

Retail Finance Back Office (RFBO) Trainee

How will you make an impact?

• Analyse accounting, information and/or approval flows in Finance
• Participate in the development and completion of the Finance Area SharePoint environments
• Support the RFBO Italy team in managing business requests related to the updating and maintenance of the Teams group and SharePoint
• Conduct recurring controls over retail sales performed through boutique sites
• Participe in annually controls over boutique stock
• Support RFBO team in performing fiscal controls over export sales performed by the retail flow
• Provide boutique administrative support: collaborating on ordinary activities as well as all the department's efficiency and digitalization projects
• Provide boutique stock control support: carry out checks inside the boutique and coordinate the carrying out of inventories by analyzing any differences.
• Red-lights boutique: support in the management of the red-lights generated in the boutique, guaranteeing the Richemont Controlling Team complete registration at the end of the month.
• ICS controls: support on the monthly reports required by the Group's ICT (Internal Control System).
