Summary Of The Role

Finance Specialist understands and, when requested, can manage key processes and mechanisms within the Finance and Accounting departments. The role is aware of broader company aspects to align and interpret business needs, collaborates across departments, and participates in cross‑departmental projects. The specialist independently designs and produces new reports and analyses to assist senior management by highlighting focus areas and required actions.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with additional software such as MS Access, Tableau, or similar tools is welcome.
• Knowledge of ERP software and its logic.
• Ability to manage complexity, lead a team, and work under pressure.
