A leading company in energy efficiency solutions is seeking a Finance Manager to lead a team and manage financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial planning. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Economics or Finance, at least 8 years of experience in financial management, and fluency in Italian and English. This role is based in Monza e Brianza, Italy.

Our customer, a leading company specializing in energy efficiency solutions, is currently looking for a :

FINANCE MANAGER

Reporting to the Managing Director Italy and, within the Group, to the Group CFO, the resource will lead a team of 4 professionals across the Finance, HR, and IT functions.

Main Responsibilities

Finance area

• Maintain the management control system and prepare monthly and annual reports
• Ensure compliant accounting (OIC / IFRS) and accurate financial reporting
• Manage annual financial statements and relations with auditors and authorities
• Oversee tax compliance and financial planning (budget, multi-year plans)
• Optimize short-term financial management and credit policies
• Ensure proper insurance coverage and manage claims
• Organize corporate governance activities (board / shareholders’ meetings)
• Supervise HR budget and HR procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and group HR policies

ICT area

• Oversee ICT systems and ensure alignment with group standards
• Guarantee data security, system reliability, and digital process improvement

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management, controlling ideally in an international industrial or manufacturing company
• Excellent knowledge of Italian accounting and tax regulations (OIC) and familiarity with IFRS principles
• Proven experience in supervision of ICT governance (e.g. infrastructure-security-data privacy)
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage
