Job summary

Taller Marmo is seeking a strategic Head of Finance to direct the Finance Department in Milan. You will lead the accounting team, drive FP&A, and provide high-level business insights to support sustainable global expansion.

Reporting to the COO, you will govern full-cycle accounting, cash flow management, budgeting, and the ERP transformation to support multi-currency international operations.

Qualifications

• Luxury Brand Experience: background in top-tier luxury fashion, high-end retail, or premium consumer goods.
• International Expansion: proven track record driving financial strategy and business development across new geographic markets.
• New Sales Channels: hands-on experience on financial planning for new retail formats, boutique expansion, and global e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Finance Team Leadership & Governance: lead and mentor the finance and accounting team and ensure robust workflow.
• Strategic FP&A, Budgeting & Business Planning: deliver strategic analyses and establish KPIs and profitability analysis.
• International Business Development & Expansion: lead financial feasibility studies and investment evaluation for new markets.
• Strategic Systems Oversight & Transformation: oversee ERP migration and ensure reporting and multi-currency capabilities.
