The Attico S.r.l. in Milano is seeking a Finance Controller Trainee reporting to the Finance, Control & Accounting Director to support financial planning and reporting.

Responsibilities include sales and margin analysis, monthly cost-center tracking, three-way matching, inventory and credit controls, and preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports. Strong analytics and confidentiality are essential.

• Economics degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Integrity, confidentiality and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proactive team player, highly organized and flexible to new ideas.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
