ING in Milano seeks a Finance Change & Transformation Expert to design and deliver change across Accounting, Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting, aligning Group and local requirements. The role combines finance expertise with business analysis, project management and data governance to drive scalable processes and AI-enabled improvements.

You will work with Finance, Risk, Operations and Technology to define target solutions, manage delivery, and ensure controls and auditability while

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years in audit or finance transformation in banks or regulated institutions, plus consulting or finance transformation experience.
• Experience with IFRS/GAAP and banking regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Strong analytical and delivery-focused skills with change management capability.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end Finance change and transformation initiatives from impact assessment to post-go-live stabilization.
• Assess impact of new accounting standards, regulatory requirements and business products on processes and data.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, designs, data specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and implement Finance solutions introducing analytics, automation and controlled AI capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Data and Tech.
• Plan and supervise testing, data migration, reconciliation and reporting validation, ensuring data quality and AI governance.
• Ensure solutions have proper audit trails, security, privacy and model risk safeguards.
