A financial services company based in Milan seeks a Finance & Accounting Specialist. You will manage accounting tasks, support audits, and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of accounting experience and excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, plus proficiency in SAP Business One. Finance & Accounting Specialist Location MILANO Via G.da Procida,24 20149 Milano (MI) Description

Monthly Statutory and Management Accounting : Managing the Accounting shared inbox; Coding, posting suppliers'invoices; Handling supplier queries via email and phone;Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register; Bank and cash transaction reconciliation; Processing staff expenses on a monthly basis

Local Tax and Compliance Activities

Supporting line manager and Group Finance in : Producing ad-hoc analysis and reports for senior management; Support with auditors and support with manage the year-end audit process; Support ongoing finance projects and system / process improvements Interim and full year end accounts preparation and closing process, support and troubleshooting

Required Skills

At least 1 year of working in accounting.

A good level of education with an interest in continuing further studies in Accounting and Finance.

Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication & cooperation skills in Dutch and English. Italian knowledge would be a plus.

Good computer skills (In Particular Office), ability to work with in-house Finance Management Software - knowledge of SAP Business One would be a plus.
