We are looking for a Finance Accounting Process Transformation Order to Cash stream expert.

The Finance Transformation’s mission is to create the vision, strategy, and roadmap execution to converge Stellantis Finance into a unique core model around 4 pillars (Process, Organization, IT and Legal Entity).

It aims to build a common Global Finance organization relying on a common model and a common governance. Ex-FCA and Ex-PSA should converge on one single development model for finance by implementing a Global Stellantis automotive common data core model (Chart of Accounts & Managerial Reporting Structure) and common core IT solutions for Stellantis Group.

In terms of scope, the Finance Transformation Projects cover the convergence of the Finance processes across Stellantis Finance divisions and regions for the Automotive business, in strong connection with all other businesses across the group.

This role is instrumental in driving the convergence of OTC processes across Stellantis, supporting the company’s strategic evolution and integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, management, and implementation of xP & xF convergence for all OTC flows across Stellantis.
  • Define and progressively implement a core model based on harmonized policies, processes, systems, and organizational structures.
  • Support the assessment and integration of merger impacts on finance processes, aligned with the Legal Entity Simplification Program.
  • Act as a central coordinator, bringing together local and central teams, Shared Service Centers, Business Process Outsourcing partners, and Process Owners to ensure successful deployment in each country.
  • Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with other transformation streams to deliver a robust end‑to‑end solution.
  • Contribute to the transformation journey based on the current SAP landscape, with a focus on convergence into the future SAP Central Finance platform.

  • Solid experience in Order to Cash process transformation, ideally within a multinational or complex organizational setting.
  • Deep understanding of SAP systems, especially in finance and central finance environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
  • Strong command of SAP, as all accounting activities are executed within the platform.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms that support process automation, data analysis, and transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in project management within the financial and accounting domain is a strong plus.
