A leading global engineering company in Italy is seeking a Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair pumps and equipment. The ideal candidate will have training in electrical engineering, mechanical skills, and experience in the oil and gas, chemical, or power industries. Responsibilities include working at customer sites and ensuring quality during repairs. This is a full-time position requiring good English communication skills and the ability to travel as needed.

Competenze

• Training in electrical engineering or similar required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in the chemical, power, or oil and gas industries.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements.

Mansioni

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair Flowserve pumps.
• Work at customer sites including refineries and oil rigs.
• Monitor repair quality, carry out test tasks, and analyze defects.
• Adapt systems and components according to customer orders.

Conoscenze

Electrical engineering knowledge

Good fitting and mechanical skills

Knowledge of pumps and mechanical seals

Experience with laser alignment equipment

Ability to read blueprints and schematics

Good English communication skills

Formazione

State-certified technician training in electrical engineering

Qualified mechanical engineering apprentice
