Il candidato ideale avrà un diploma tecnico e almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel settore industriale. È richiesta la disponibilità a viaggiare e un'ottima comunicazione in italiano. Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will safely provide commissioning and aftermarket support to a diverse

group of industrial and municipal customers primarily focused, but not limited, on our ultrafiltration (UF)

and membrane bioreactor (MBR) and RO product line.

What you will be responsible for :
  • EH&S compliance
  • Review customer plant installations and compare against VEOLIA reference drawings (P&IDs, electrical schematics, general arrangement, etc..
  • Monitor equipment performance and operation
  • Conduct maintenance and calibration activities on various treatment plant instrumentation
  • Perform analytical testing such as : turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, SDI, Fe, in addition to various other site‑specific testing requirements
  • Carry out mechanical, electrical, process and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors pumps, blowers, instrumentation, and automation hardware
  • Perform installation & maintenance activities on various UF / RO membrane configurations
  • Provide customers with informal training around operation and maintenance of their system
  • Provide customers with detailed technical report of work performed during service visits
  • Support team on troubleshooting, repairs and warranty issues resolution
  • Coordinates operation, maintenance, and repair activities to obtain optimum utilization of machines and equipment
  • Evaluates field installations and recommends design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions
  • Technical training delivery when needed
  • Site Surveys
  • Direct communication with Project managers and Customers on site
  • Sales support when needed
  • Support for costing of contracts
  • Participating in the team meetings to share best practices
Qualifiche
Skills / Experience Required :
  • High school technical diploma. (electrical background preferred) and 2+ years’ experience of service / maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment
  • Working experience with PLC control systems, PLC programming and troubleshooting is preferred
  • Ability to travel 70% of the time across Italy and, occasionally, inside and outside of Europe (Israel)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Italian C2 is required
  • Ability to meet all customer site requirements
