Job Description

We are seeking a Field Service Technician responsible for performing routine and extraordinary maintenance activities on our customers’ facilities to ensure optimal functionality and operating conditions.

• Repair, maintenance, and service of our customers' fleet: Rubber Tyred Gantry, Mobile Harbour Cranes, and Reach Stackers
• Service inspection and maintenance contracts
• Refurbishment and modernization projects
• Installation
• Testing and certification

Required Skills:

• Autonomy with electromechanical, hydraulic, and electronic skills
• Experience with main port equipment such as Mobile Harbour Cranes, Rubber Tyred Gantry, and Reach Stackers is preferred
• Good command of English (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills due to extensive customer contact
• Safety-conscious attitude
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
• Willingness to work extra hours during weekdays and weekends
• Valid driving license
• Residence in North West Italy/Liguria is preferred
