A leading global technology company is seeking a skilled candidate for a technical service support role in Reggio Emilia, Italy. The ideal candidate will have a technical diploma or engineering degree, coupled with extensive experience in warranty processes and industrial environments. Proficiency in English is required, and strong communication skills are essential. Travel may be required for this position.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience with warranty and field technical service support processes.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years exposure to industrial manufacturing processes.
• Must be proficient in English; other languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist in establishing operating procedures and preventive maintenance programs.
• Perform assessments to verify adherence to Dana requirements.
• Support PSS Manager in managing field campaigns and documentation.
• Notify PSS Manager of any customer issues or changes in claim trends.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental procedures.

Conoscenze

Technical knowledge and hands-on experience on mechanical/hydraulic products

Knowledge of failure modes analysis methodologies

Strong computer skills

High verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work towards department goals with minimal supervision

Willingness to travel overnight if necessary

Formazione

Technical diploma in Mechanical/Industrial disciplines

Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering
