A biotechnology company is seeking a candidate for a remote role based in Italy, focused on providing service activities and managing customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have a background in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering, with strong mechanical and electrical skills and the ability to travel extensively. Responsibilities

• Represent the company to our clients
• Plan and execute service activities at the customer's site
• Manage own stock and work orders
• Participate in sales opportunities and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs

Qualifications

• Education: Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Technical skills: Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting
• English is required
• Ability to travel: 70% travel and overnight stay within territory

Preferred experience

• Biopharma or Biotechnologies Industry
• Computers (Windows OS, PC, server), networks and database
