You will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer representation, with a focus on the biopharma industry. Ideal candidates should have a degree in engineering, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and the ability to travel extensively. This position includes a remote working option.

Responsibilities

Field Service Engineer is responsible for installation and qualification, preventative maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs, as well as promoting service contracts and identifying opportunities that have a significant impact on the organization.

• Represent the company to our clients
• Plan and execute service activities at the customer's site
• Manage own stock and work orders
• Participate in sales opportunities and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs

Essential Requirements

• Education: Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Technical skills: Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting
• English is required
• Ability to travel: 70% travel and overnight stay within territory

Preferred Additional Experience

• Biopharma or Biotechnologies Industry
• Computers (Windows OS, PC, server), networks and database
