Essential Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and service our state‑of‑the‑art 3D metal printing systems (Laser and EBM machines), ensuring they operate at peak performance.
• Accurately document service requirements and manage customer cases using our advanced service CRM.
• Provide exceptional support and training to our customers, helping them maximize the application of our 3D metal printing systems.
• Conduct emergency visits and preventive maintenance, ensuring our customers' systems are always running smoothly.
• Perform direct operations systems checks and execute tasks within a well‑defined operations framework, maintaining the highest standards.
• Offer valuable feedback on quality deviations from machine installations and operations, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, delivering solutions that exceed their expectations and ensure their satisfaction.
• Adapt your approach and demeanor in real‑time to match the shifting demands of different situations, showcasing your flexibility and problem‑solving skills.
• Take accountability for the quality of your work, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience in services & field services, showcasing your ability to handle the job's demands.
• Electrical and mechanical engineering technician with a technical high school diploma or similar.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Available to travel extensively, up to 100%, embracing the opportunity to explore and support customers.
• Work visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.
