Dual.Concept S.r.l., a service company of AHK Italien (accredited by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies – No. 145/2022), is recruiting on behalf of a client company a Field Sales Representative for the Italian market (m/f/x), with very good Italian and English skills.

Our client company

ROLEC is a global leader in industrial enclosures and suspension arm systems, with subsidiaries across multiple continents. Its products combine high technical standards with modern design, serving industries such as mechanical engineering, automation, measurement and control technology, and agriculture.

Tasks

Your Role

As our Field Sales Representative for Italy, you will play a key role in expanding ROLEC’s presence in the Italian market. You will act as the main contact for customers, combining technical expertise with a consultative sales approach to drive business growth and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit customers regularly to identify new business opportunities and provide on-site technical consultations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through market research and proactive outreach.
  • Present and sell ROLEC’s product portfolio in face-to-face B2B interactions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical training sessions.
  • Represent ROLEC at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with the German headquarters in Rinteln and international subsidiaries.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to the Head of International Sales.
Requirements

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical field sales.
  • Proven track record in selling industrial or technical components in a B2B environment.
  • Self-motivated, structured, and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Italian, with good command of English for communication with HQ (German is a strong plus).
  • Willingness to travel across Italy (approx. 3 days per week).
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools is an advantage.
