A global glass manufacturer is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to join their flat glass division in San Giorgio di Nogaro. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, significant experience in glass packaging manufacturing, and strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include validating processes at customer lines, monitoring quality, and providing technical support. This role requires good command in English and Italian and willingness to travel frequently within the Udine region.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in glass packaging manufacturing or filling operations.
• Preferably field experience in production or quality engineering.
• Strong regional knowledge and no travel restrictions.

Mansioni

• Conduct product and process validation at customer filling lines prior to serial shipments.
• Monitor field quality, shipment integrity, and line performance during trial productions.
• Handle customer complaints and provide on-site technical support.

Conoscenze

Strong understanding of glass production processes

Excellent problem-solving skills

Good command of English and Italian

Experience in customer-facing roles

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or related field)

Strumenti

Quality tools such as 8D, root cause analysis
