Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking reliable and safety-focused professional drivers to support a large-scale mapping data collection project. Drivers will operate client-provided vehicles equipped with mapping equipment to collect high-quality street-level data across assigned zones.

Travel and extended assignments away from home (hotel-based work) are required. Minimum 5 years of driving experience, familiarity with larger vehicles, and strong English are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• At least 2 years of professional driving experience (e.g., taxi, delivery, logistics, courier).
• Good English.
• Experience driving larger vehicles (vans, trucks) is strongly preferred.
• Defensive, calm, and safety-oriented driving style.
• Comfortable driving in high-traffic and stressful conditions (e.g., rush hour).
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation tools.
• Good knowledge of local roads, neighbourhoods, and traffic patterns in the working country.
• Polite, professional, and respectful demeanour when interacting with the public.
• Basic technical and mechanical knowledge (e.g., changing tires, reading vehicle gauges).

Mansioni

• Safely operate client-provided vehicles equipped with mapping and data collection equipment
• Collect mapping data within assigned zones efficiently and in compliance with project guidelines
• Handle and protect all client-provided vehicles, devices, and equipment
• Maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness and basic upkeep
• Research and identify safe local parking locations to ensure vehicle and equipment security
• Securely park, cover, and safeguard the vehicle daily at designated locations
• Report and handle incidents, including traffic accidents and public interactions, in a professional manner
• Coordinate daily activities, assignments, and issue resolution with the Camp Coordinator
• Communicate technical, mechanical, or operational issues promptly
• Meet daily and weekly delivery targets in collaboration with project coordinators
• Travel long distances as required and work in "hotel mode" during assignments
• Maintain accurate inventory and device logs in the designated system or application
