Overview

Field Key Account Modern Trade - Sassari. If you are passionate about our brands and products and eager to build your career within the commercial areas of a dynamic Business Unit, this opportunity is designed for you. You will join the Sales team as a Field Key Account with a specific focus on the Modern Trade channel in Sassari and its province. You will experience first-hand the implementation of commercial strategies and manage our in-store presence across key client accounts. Your willingness to be geographically mobile will open doors to future opportunities within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of both the operational and strategic management of the assigned territory (Sassari and its province) to ensure products are available, well-positioned, and supported by effective promotional materials.
  • During regular store visits, identify new business opportunities and propose innovative commercial solutions that drive growth and visibility.
  • Act as the face of Ferrero in the area, build strong, long-lasting relationships with client representatives, and collaborate with central teams to execute cross-functional projects.
  • Contribute to excellence in sales execution and strengthen the brand’s presence within the Modern Trade channel.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Economics or a related field and prior experience in Sales.
  • Analytical thinking, curiosity, strong results orientation, and ability to translate insights into action.
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills for effective partnerships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, to analyze performance and support decision-making.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; valid driver’s license; ability to move efficiently across the territory.
  • Willingness to be geographically mobile; based in Sardinia with potential for future opportunities within the organization.
