A leading mobility solutions company in Venice seeks a Technical Support role focusing on troubleshooting train systems. The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma, preferably with a technical focus, and have experience in maintenance, specifically within the railway industry. Fluency in Italian at B2 level is required. This is a permanent position offering an opportunity to contribute to smarter and sustainable mobility solutions.

• Experience in maintenance activities, preferably in the railway sector.
• Possession of ANSF certifications for train safety systems.
• Fluent in Italian (B2 level).

Purpose of the Job

• Technical support for Troubleshooting in order to ensure maximum train availability
• Technical support for Reliability Growth through investigations and data collection
• Support Team Troubleshooter for activities on trains
• Support field investigations, in according to fleet planning, on complex issues and report to Control Room System Engineer.
• Support engineering for troubleshooting guides improvement (SOS / RGL Validation) and software validation
• Propose new depot tool to improve troubleshooting efficiency
• Troubleshooting activity and function tests after Overhaul’s maintenance
• Support Team Troubleshooter for activities
• Supports maintenance with external interventions for the recovery of trains and breakdowns in commercial service.

Language : Italian (B2) Type of contract : Permanent

Requirements : High school diploma (mandatory), preferably a Technical Diploma (Mechanical, IT, or Electronic). Experience in maintenance activities, preferably gained in the railway sector. Possession of ANSF certifications – National Railway Safety Agency – to operate on train safety systems (preferred).
