Field Clinical Specialist, EP (Pisa / Florence)

About The Role

The Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, laboratory staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system during case procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals. You will also support our wider portfolio including Faraview and Opal Mapping System. This role covers Tuscany, with occasional support to Emilia‑Romagna, Triveneto and Marche. Preferably based in Pisa or Florence.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, troubleshooting, system, and software development.
• Educate customers and internal employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device through presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend cases in hospital laboratories to provide case support and promote the Farapulse system and its components.
• Provide initial and continuous training and feedback for the development team and sales representatives on Farapulse and related products.
• Meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs and goals related to patient care and demonstrate how our products can help.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers and facilitate future sales.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints, developing creative solutions with cross‑functional personnel.
• Support Tuscany and occasionally neighboring regions.
• Travel approximately 80% across Tuscany.

What Are We Looking For In You

• Completed studies in Biomedical Sciences or related field, preferably in electrophysiology.
• Professional industry experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical and clinical details.
• Professional working proficiency in Italian and English; additional languages appreciated.
• Rapid adaptation to a dynamic marketplace.
• Team player, collaborator, able to build relationships.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to influence others.
• Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent.
• Willing and able to travel extensively as required.
