Job Title

FEM Analysis Engineer – Aviation Domain (Torino, Italy)

Role Overview

As a key member of our Aero‑Engine and Gearbox Development team, you will provide engineering support through finite element analysis (FEA), simulation, and structural calculations on mechanical components and complex systems. Your work will cover stress, fatigue, crack‑propagation, and related analyses.

Responsibilities
  • Perform linear & non‑linear static, dynamic, thermal, contact and material behavior analyses on mechanical components.
  • Develop and maintain FEA models in ANSYS Workbench, APDL and HyperMesh.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing and validation teams to deliver analysis results.
  • Prepare technical documentation and present findings to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Verified experience in FEM‑based structural analysis.
  • Proficiency in ANSYS WB, APDL and HyperMesh.
  • Familiarity with turbomachinery and aero‑engine concepts is a plus.
  • Basic CAD skills (Siemens NX, Solid Edge).
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Italian citizenship to access classified data (EU citizenship required).
